About Us

We are Early Childhood management support Specialists

SOLVE Consult has been working with Pasifika organisations for more than 20 years. Our first involvement in Early Childhood Education began in 2000 through Essential Education Solutions (EES). In the past we have been contracted to successfully assist and support existing Pasifika Playgroups to become fully licensed services.

In 2006, we began providing professional development and leadership support and guidance to underperforming and at-risk Pasifika Early Childhood services. In 2007, EES subcontracted to EDUPAC Ltd to make support services available to Auckland-based Pasifika Early Childhood services that were struggling, under intervention or at the risk of being shut down.

Our vision is for, SOLVE Consult to widen its operations to provide support and guidance to more Pasifika Early Childhood services across New Zealand.

SOLVE Consult has provided leadership and practitioner support for over 20 years in the Early Childhood sector, in particular with working with Pasifika Early Childhood services. We have a record of improving participation and outcomes for priority learners, such as, Pasifika children. We have carefully considered a wide range of data to develop our services. From our past and current work we have used evidence based practice in relation to the successes and overall performance of Pasifika Early Childhood services.
